RETURNS

Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the date they were purchased.

Items that show any sign of wear, have a perfume smell, traces of animal hair, or are marked by makeup are not valid to return and no refund, store credit, or exchange will be issued. Swimwear must have the protective liner in place, and not tampered with. Shoes must have the original shoebox intact and unaltered. The shoebox cannot be used for packaging back. Tape or labels placed on the shoebox will result in the package being refused and no refund will be issued. All clearance/sale tab, and bath & body items are final sale. Please do not ship these items back, as they are not exchangeable.

EXCHANGES

You may exchange for a different size, or a whole new product within 30 days!

We offer free shipping on items being exchanged, and a label will be auto-generated for you.

Your exchange order will NOT be processed until your return package has been scanned & received by the shipping provider.

Should the item you are exchanging for go out of stock before you are able to get your order scanned by the shipping provider, you will be issued Store Credit.
